THE CLOVERWERKS STORY.

Cloverwerks was founded by a team of passionate renovators who specialize in interior works. From the initial stage of space planning to the final phase of product materialization, our

continual pursuit for quality and excellence have made us what we are today. We believe in incorporating practicality into interior designs so as to create a functional and pleasant living

and working space. Our projects include both residential & commercial spaces, namely HDB, Condo, landed, shops, offices, and restaurants.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

The Scribbling Phase, as we call it. This is when space and budget planning take place, with plenty of drawings and ideas generation in your floorplan. We can provide you a proposed layout of your interior fixtures and furniture, before they are communicated into sketches.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The Selection Phase. After the client approves the initial concept and design, comes the material selection. This is where colours and patterns will be refined, and a digital drawing or 3D rendering could be generated for visualization.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Coordination Phase. When all elements of planning and design is completed, they are translated into technical processes to be handled by our project team. The team takes care of operational and sequential procedures to make sure the deliverables are effectively carried out.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT

The Groundbreaking Phase. With all elemental and fundamental processes taken care of, the work to a new home or working space starts. The entire process takes typically between 1 to 6 months for a complete overhaul, depending on the scale and intensity of the project.
